Mike Robertson | Owner
Mike Robertson directs the overall operations of Robertson Dental Lab, empowering his management team to thrive and make decisions that are key to the lab’s success. Even with all of his responsibilities, Mike always avails himself to dentists who wish to discuss case planning or the logistical execution of cases. Paul Lamontagne | General Manager
General Manager Paul Lamontagne brings over 30 years of lab experience to you and your practice. His experience and natural logistical talent caught the attention of Dentsply and eventually led him to China to run Prident’s 1,000-person off-shore lab. While there Paul oversaw the restructuring of workflows and coordination of this large operation. A desire to return stateside was a stroke of luck for us at Robertson Dental Lab. Paul signed on with Mike Robertson in 2016 to help direct Robertson Dental Lab’s future growth and acquisition of digital technologies including digital scanners, milling machines and resin printers. Under Paul’s direction Robertson Dental Lab has become fully digitalized while at the same time working with traditional analog processes.

Will Cronan | Customer Service-Marketing
Using his 16 years of industry experience, Will has worked to build upon the organic customer experience component developed under Mike Robertson’s leadership. The common theme of “our job is to make the dentists’ job easier” means being a complementary component to a dental office’s patient dynamic. Though Will works on the customer service side, he stays on top of the techniques and processes involved in the lab workflows. He readily helps with technical support calls, market visits, study club participation and an aggressive regimen of continuing education in all aspects of dental lab technologies. Value can be something as simple as driving a case to a doctor’s office to accommodating an unforeseen schedule change.
